Ever since I've known Matt Williamson, he's talked about his million dollar idea... "Matt's Meal In A Muffin" (or M.M.M.). Yeah, It's pretty much just what it sounds like. After 5 years of hearing about it I decided to make it a reality...


Ham Sandwich in a Muffin
Applegate Farms© Uncured Black Forest Ham & Greenbank Farms© Raw Swiss Cheese folded into a multigrain muffin with a Dijon Mustard Glaze.























































I thought it turned out fairly well. Next I'll probably try to do a breakfast muffin. I'm thinking Blueberry Pancakes and Sausage (a blueberry muffin with breakfast sausage inside and topped with a maple frosting)
