Pan Amargo de la Cerveza


Beer Bread
with cheddar, garlic, & fresh herbs

This was definitely the wrong choice of beer to make bread with. That IPA bitterness that so many people love doesn't transfer well to the world of baked goods. Next time I'll use some kind of cheap american adjunct lager.
