This was definitely the wrong choice of beer to make bread with. That IPA bitterness that so many people love doesn't transfer well to the world of baked goods. Next time I'll use some kind of cheap american adjunct lager.

I went over to some friends' house for a traditional Portuguese meal... Sardines, Boiled Potatoes, and Hard Boiled Eggs. I brought rice.
