I am an anonymous 25 year old male. I've always loved to eat. I've fairly recently discovered that I also love to cook. Here you will find photo documentation of the resulting meals that are produced while I indulge in my new passion.
Sorry for the delay in between postings. I've been moving and haven't had much access to the internet lately. I live in the mountains again. It's awesome.
I was vegetarian for 3 years (and vegan for 1 1/2 of those 3 years). Then I started eating meat again about a year ago. At the time I wasn't as 'into' food as I am now (and I had almost zero cooking skills!) but I wanted to cook something meaty and delicious. Orange Glazed Pork Chops were my first real encounter with cooking a meat entree. You could say it was the trigger that set into motion this whole cooking obsession of mine. To celebrate this momentous occasion I decided to make Orange Glazed Pork Chops once again. I got the recipe out the Better Homes & Gardens Meat Cook Book published in 1965.
I'd never eaten chicken & dumplings before but it has always sounded like something that I would probably love. So, I decided to give it a shot even though I have no point of reference as to what constitutes "good" or "bad" chicken & dumplings. Guess what? I loved it.
