Squeezing Every Last Ounce Out Of Summer

Technically summer's been over for a while now but with the last of this season's local basil from Route 1 Farms finding it's way into my hands, I had the sudden urge to prepare a warm weather meal as an offering to the departing gods of summer. Wait, What am I even talking about? I mean I made pesto... It was good... I realized when I got home that I don't have a food processor. Oops.
