Hot Pastrami Love

Lately I've been obsessed with the intense piquant flavors of things like sauerkraut, mustard, horseradish, red onions, & rye bread. To satisfy a couple of my cravings I thought I'd whip up some hot pastrami sandwiches. I couldn't bring myself to drop $5 for a jar of sauerkraut but they were still wicked good.
